THOMAS P. CERNY age 63 of Hinckley, died Thursday February 2, 2017 after a lengthy fight with Multiple Myeloma.
Thom was the beloved husband of Julie M. Twardzik-Cerny.
Son of Robert J. and Marie A. (both deceased).
Brother of Jeanette Burand (Richard). Uncle of Erin Hack (James) and Robert Burand.
Great uncle to Lilith Hack.
Brother in law to Allan Twardzik (Sharon), John Twardzik (Cheri) and Donna Petrella.
Thom served his country as an Army Combat Engineer, his community as a Volunteer Firefighter, and his employer (PPG Industries) as a Project Engineer/Project Manager for over 34 years.
Cremains will be interred at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio at a private ceremony. Friends and family will be invited to a celebration of Thom's life at a future date.
Family suggests donations in his memory to The Gathering Place 800 Sharon Dr. Westlake, OH 44145.
