Susan Agnes Forsythe

SUSAN AGNES FORSYTHE (nee Thomas) age 68, beloved wife of Steve Forsythe. 

Dear sister of Michael J. Thomas (Laura), Kathleen D. Davies (Bryn), Sally L. McQueen, Bernie Thomas the late Joseph M. Thomas (Pam) and the late Patrick M. Thomas. Sister in law of William Forsythe. 

Dear aunt of Jeff Thomas (Vicky), Krista Baughman (Dan), Kimberly Davies, Leslie Knapp (Kyle), Cara Davies, Dr. Melanie Milstin (Alex), Corey McQueen (Rebecca), Samantha Kozuch (Brian), Emily Jarema (Mitch), William Forsythe (Carli) Jessica Conquest (Scott) and David Forsythe. 

Loving great aunt of Mercy, Davon, Amani, Jo Jo, Lilly, Archer, Abby, Barrett, Maverick, Amelia, Isabella, Eva, Max, Damian, Carter, Skylar, Grayson, Kendall, Perry Rose, Carter, Lilliana and Catherine. Dear niece of Sr. Delores Debets and Sr. Margaret Debets. 

Susan was always there for her friends and family and loved her nieces,nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was a life long volleyball player, she enjoyed sailing with the Womens Sailing Group at Edgewater, loved the Tall Ships and was a member of the Tall Ships Organization. She enjoyed umpiring at baseball and softball games throughout Cuyahoga County. She was a devoted church member and active in children’s ministry for years. 

She was a beautiful and complex woman who loved tall ships, sailing, king crab legs, children Our Lord, and especially her husband Steve and her dog Saylor.

Friends received from 3 – 7PM WEDNESDAY JUNE 10, 2026 at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA followed by a Funeral Service at 7PM.
