Raymond A. Van Dame

Raymond A. Van Dame age 70, beloved son of Dorothy and Hank Van Dame (both deceased). Longtime resident of Parma, Ohio. He was a 1974 graduate of Parma Senior High School. He was employed by Mr. Gasket and remained there through several company changes and also worked at a cleaning company. He worked foir Bob Gillingham Ford which became Ken Ganley Ford from which he retired.

Raymond always enjoyed cars and working on them. Also driving 60 miles for a hamburger. He was a good and loyal friend to many.

Loving nephew of Ruth O’Donnell (Burt, deceased) and Frances Bohm (Konrad). Dear cousin of David O’Donnell (Charlene), Kenneth O’Donnell (Connie), Michelle Green (Perry), Stephen Bohm (Christina), Konrad Bohm (Cary) and Tony Unocic.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are suggested to the Ohio Veterans Home 3416 Columbus Ave. Sandusky, Oh. 44870.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 10, 2026 at 11:30AM at St Columbkille Church 6740 Broadview Rd. Parma followed by burial of cremains at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
