Mary Ellen Soucek (nee Robare) age 93, beloved wife of 72 years to Raymond J. 

Dear mother of Michael (Jan), Timothy, Susan Kozlowski (Mike), Mark (Arlene), Nancy Surak (Matthew) and Ted (Georgine). 

Loving grandmother of Justin Soucek (Ning), Kevin Soucek (Mary), Brian Soucek, Caitlin Kacher (deceased) (Todd), Laura Gallagher (John), Melanie Bortell (Chad), Jimmy Kozlowski (Ashley), Stacie Kimberly (Adam), Alex Soucek (Brittney), Christopher Surak (Stephanie), Amy Flanhofer (Dave), Jonathan Soucek (Emily) Ryan Soucek and Tyler Soucek. Great grandmother of Harley, Molly, Ava, Blake, Madelyn, Annalie, Joey and Charlie. 

Dear sister of the following deceased: Leonard, Paul and Elaine Robare.

Mary Ellen met her future husband, Raymond, while roller skating. They also enjoyed square dancing, bowling together and participating in ballroom dancing competitions. She balanced homelife and her banking career. During retirement she enjoyed vacationing with her husband and friends and playing cards with their friends. She was a devout woman who prayed the Rosary daily. Mary Ellen enjoyed observing the activity of the birds living in the bird houses she and her husband would build and provide in their yard. She loved all animals, but was especially fond of dogs. Anyone who needed help could count on her assistance. 

Friends received at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA where services will be held Wednesday April 3, 2024 at 9:15a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Church at 10a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
