JOHN EDWARD SCHAFFER age 69 of Cleveland,OH. passed away Sunday June 16, 2013 at Lakewood Hospital.
John was preceeded in death by his parents, Theodore William and Agnes Stevenson Schaffer, and by his brother Theodore Arthur Schaffer.
He is survived by his fiancée Marie Fink Swan of Cleveland, OH; his daughter Theresa Schaffer (Rick Dooley) of Seven Hills,OH; his grandchildren Sara Ashley and Scott Allen, both of Seven Hills, OH; his former wife Mary Franjic Schaffer; his sister Janet Schaffer Proffitt of Walland, TN; his sister-in-law Karyann Mitchell Schaffer of Eastlake, OH; his loving nieces and nephews Todd Kirk Schaffer (Kathy and their daughter Lindsey) of Palmdale, CA; Jennifer Lynn Schaffer of Scottsdale, AZ; Jeffrey Allen Schaffer (Kim and their daughter Keely) of Parma, OH; Theodore John Schaffer (Joanne and their children John and Samantha) of Columbus, OH; Audrey Lorraine Weiser (Jim and their daughter Emily) of Eastlake, OH; and Heather Rachel Schaffer (Ed Burnette).
Friends received at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA where a Funeral Service will be held at 8 p.m.Thursday June 20. VISITING HOURS: THURSDAY 5-8P.M.
