Jane A. Chifolo

Jane A. Chifolo (nee Muschna) entered her Father’s Kingdom on August 2, 2023 at the age of 90.

 She was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Dick” Chifolo, her parents Lenny and Thelma Muschna (nee Richens) and her brother David Muschna.

She had two children Susan Hastings (George) and Rich Chifolo (Gayle).  She had five grandchildren Meg Forsythe, Richard Solado, Andrew Chifolo (Megan), Nicolas Chifolo (Brandon), Kaitlin Chifolo (Jonathan). She had four great grandchildren Marina Kavouras (Darnell), Emily, Ethan and Eliza.  She even had a great great-granddaughter Evelyn. 

Known to people as Nana or Grandma Stumpy she made everyone laugh with her wonderful sense of humor.  She crocheted her heart out making hats for anyone who wanted one. She made lap blankets and afghans for her friends and family or even perfect strangers.  She loved spending time with her family and friends and loved watching her great granddaughter and great-great granddaughter play with her big box of buttons. If you ever met Jane you were treated like a family member or friend.  She loved God and always prayed for her loved ones to be safe and happy.  She loved music and was a singer and a handbell ringer for many years.  She loved to bowl and was on leagues for years at Red Circle in Parma. 

A Memorial Service will be held on September 2, 2023 at 11:00am at Christ Lutheran Church at 13812 Bellaire Rd Cleveland, OH 44135.

In lieu of flowers please donate in her memory to Christ Lutheran Church.
