James A. Rovito

JAMES A. ROVITO peacefully went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2018 at age 93.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Julia (nee Falacienski) and children Anton J.(Deborah L.) and Patricia Riley (David); grandchildren Sarah Rovito (James Piotrowski), Roland James Rovito, Thomas Rovito, Benjamin Riley (Brittany) and Jessica Gaone (Christopher) and great grandson Carson.
Jim was a tool and die maker for 37 years at Fisher Body (Coit Rd). He would proudly show his journeyman's papers to anyone interested. He was a consummate hobbiest woodworker having built seven grandfather clocks for family and friends. He leaves behind several unfinished projects for which only he had the completed vision.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Seasons Of Life Hospice or St Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
Friends received 2-6P.M.SUNDAY NOVEMBER 25 at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA where services will be held Monday at 9:30a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10a.m. at St Columbkille Church. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
