James G. Beatty

JAMES G. BEATTY age 67, beloved son of Maureen (nee Graham) and Charles L. Beatty Jr. (both deceased). Dear brother of Dr. Charles Leo Beatty III, Hugh Kevin Beatty, Robert Graham Beatty, Joseph Beatty (Susan) and John Anthony Beatty. Loving uncle of Dr. Edward Beatty, Joseph P. Beatty Jr., Dr. Megan Ursick and Michael Beatty.

A graduate of Normandy High School in Parma he received an Associate Degree from Cuyahoga Community College West and also attended Miami University of Ohio. Jim was an avid Civil War enthusiast, he was a member of the Civil War Roundtop at Baldwin Wallace College and enjoyed traveling to historic Civil War sites. He served as a Cottage Parent at Parmadale and was also a member of St. Columbkille Holy Name Society Prayer Fellowship.

Friends received from 9 A.M. to 11A.M. on TUESDAY OCTOBER 26, 2021 at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA with a prayer service at 11a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30a.m. at St. Columbkille Church 6740 Broadview Rd. Parma. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
