HELEN M. CHULAK age 88, beloved daughter of Anna V. (nee Kazimir) and Joseph G. Chulak (both deceased).
Dear sister of the deceased: Joseph and Ann.
Beloved aunt, great aunt and cousin.
Helen was a long time member of FCSLA and served as Branch Officer of Senior Branch 141 and also as Cleveland District Officer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Harbor Light Hospice 734-C Alpha Dr. Highland Hts., OH 44143
Friends received at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA where services will be held Saturday January 17 at 10:30 a.m. and at St. Columbkille Church at 11a.m. followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery.
VISITING HOURS: SATURDAY MORNING 9:30-10:30AM.
