Emma Cali (nee Blume), 96, of Brooklyn, Ohio, entered peacefully into rest at the Pleasant Lake Villa Senior Living Center on Sunday, November 15, 2015.
Emma was the loving wife of the late Charles Joseph; mother of Dolores Cerne (Frank) and Charles William Cali (Ellen, deceased); dearest grandmother of Cheryl Stoll (Mark), Frank Cerne (Tina), Alicia Stalter (Dave), Gina Bayless (Scott), Charles Ephraim Cali (Sabrina); great-grandmother of Robert, Rachel, Gabriella, Ben, Mia, Gavin, Grant, and Henley; sister of Rose.
Emma was also preceded in death by her sister, Martha, brother, William, brother, Charlie, daughter-in-law, Ellen, and great-grandson, Ephraim.
Emma was a native Clevelander who dedicated her life to her family. Her favorite times were spent with friends and family. Emma loved dancing the polka, swimming, "bumming" at the local stores, and attending various local German festivals. Emma was loved by many and will certainly be missed profoundly.
Services will be held at the Hopko Funeral Home 6020 Broadview Rd. (S of Snow Rd) Parma on Tuesday, November 24nd at 9:30am followed by burial of cremains at Holy Cross Cemetery.
