Bernice Davtovich, 88, peacefully passed away on April 18, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.
Bernice was born in Tremont, and was the beloved wife of Elmer V., dearest mother of Ernest, Elmer and Deborah, loving grandmother of Brian O'Malley (Erin Haggerty), James O'Malley and Grace O'Malley, dear sister of Louise Kullman, Jean Gus and 11 additional siblings, and a dear aunt, great-aunt, and great-great-aunt.
Bernice was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She was a loving and devoted caretaker to her mother and father, husband, children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, swimming at the Brooklyn Rec Center, listening to Polish and German music, complimenting strangers, helping neighbors, telling stories of childhood memories, cooking, gardening, and making people laugh.Those who knew her well will miss her greatly.
A Memorial Mass will be held in her honor on Saturday May 2, 2015 at 12:30 PM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4170 North Amber Dr., Brooklyn OH 44144.
