Bennie Joseph Maulorico, Jr.

BENNIE JOSEPH MAULORICO,JR., 90, passed away December 5, 2024. He was born January 24, 1934 to the late Bennie and Rose Maulorico. 

Beloved husband of 61 years to the late Betty Ann (nee Dolezal). 

Proud member of the United States Marine Corps and Korean War Veteran. Retired from the Plain Dealer after 30 years and Thistledown Racetrack after 15 years. 

He is survived by his children, Ben (Eileen), Michelle Cox (Craig) and Thomas (Johanna); grandchildren Ben (Ellen), Alyssa and Anthony Maulorico, Craig Cox, Jr., and Jenna Maulorico; and great granddaughter Gabby; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law Michael and Cheryll Maulorico and sister Ann Miller; brothers and sisters-in-law Nick and Georgina Imbrigiotta and Vince and Jackie Gibaldi. 

Friends received 4-8PM TUESDAY December 10, 2024 at the HOPKO FUNERAL HOME 6020 BROADVIEW RD (S OF SNOW RD) PARMA where services will be held Wednesday December 11 at 10am followed by Burial at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
